The Highbury Square development is built on the site of the former Arsenal football stadium.

The stadium’s magnificent east and west stands, which were built in the early 1900s, have been retained and converted, and the pitch area transformed into a memorial garden. The north and south stands have been replaced by two stunning new blocks. The development now offers a selection of high-end residential apartments and penthouses.

Spurlite’s contribution to this innovative development has been considerable, supplying a selection downlights and bulkheads for installation throughout the project.
