Brio Beechwood Park is a beautiful community of one, two and three-bedroom bungalows and apartments in the pretty market town of Stow. Spurlite supplied 100% of the lighting across the whole site, ranging from E27 Pendants with LED lamps right through to bollard lighting to exterior areas. Residential common areas featured the Crystal LED module with Halo bezel and LED tape and extrusion in continuous runs along corridors and circulation spaces. Wall mounted up/downlights from our PAW range covered the staircase in the main and residential blocks. Track mounted spotlights with track integrated into a slatted wooden ceiling illuminates the restaurant/Bar area. Specialist areas such as the gym and the spa utilises IP67 LED tape within ceiling recessed extrusion to create lines of light in the ceilings.

The external lighting consisted of Urbini post top lanterns to illuminate the main access roads and parking areas, supplemented with Orion wood effect bollard lighting to the pedestrian pathways and courtyard spaces. Both these products have DALI drivers to allow the light levels to be reduced during the later evening to reduce the impact of the site on the surrounding countryside. Ground spike mounted spots. lights and Kamino recessed uplights introduce light into planting areas and highlight other features. A mixture of Eyelid Bulkheads, and MEMI wall mounted downlights provide illumination to building entrances, with recessed Prettus IP65 recessed downlights within building canopies.
